Hello, my AMAZING Students and Families!

My name is Mrs. Victoria Neer, and I have been an educator for 20 years. I am excited to be the High School Dean of Students for WillCA this year helping students pursue their passions and achieve their dreams. I am passionate about helping students build their future stories whether they want to join the NFL, try their luck as the next great magician, change the future of medicine by becoming a doctor, or create a new 21st century job that hasn't even been thought of......YET! I KNOW that a person's only limitation is their imagination; if you can dream it, I can help you get there.

 

In my free time, I love exploring the great outdoors with my husband and two children. We love to camp and hike, and I like to find crevices of time where I can escape to far away lands with my nose stuck in a book to satiate my love of the written word.
